Anita Shapiro & Dave Shapiro

Anita is a broker/salesman and served on the Grievance Committee at the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS® (GLVAR) from 2000-2003. Anita was appointed to the position of Grievance Committee Chairman in 2003, overseeing a committee of over 50 members and currently serves on the Professional Standards Committee.

Before embarking on her career in real estate, Anita was a professional sales person in the travel industry and was the Director of Sales Administration for Scenic Airlines. Anita also worked as Assistant Convention Sales Manager at the Eldorado Hotel in Reno.

With more than 25 years experience in sales and management, Dave became a full-time real estate agent in February 2001. In January 2002 Dave earned the Certified Commercial Sales Specialist designation, and in February 2002 obtained the National Association of REALTORS® e-PRO certification. Dave now specializes in commercial real estate sales and leasing.

Although previously licensed in real estate in 1991 and again in 1994 -1995, the construction boom kept drawing him back to where he had been working since 1980 as Sales Manager and/or General Manager for some of the most well-respected asphalt maintenance, paving and grading companies in Southern Nevada.
